Note:

• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Not Responsible for any natural calamity like landslides, Bad weather, etc.
• During the tour vehicle’s AC will be used only on flat land surfaces, not on hilly areas.
• Mentioned local sightseeing will be covered only if time & situation permit.
• Complimentary services for children below 5 years will be at the hotels only and will be chargeable if any additional service is availed apart from the services offered.
• AC will not work in hill areas or when stopped/parked vehicle
• The vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination. If the guest wants to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her self.
• If a Gala dinner on a selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotel’s policy.
• Check out the time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check-in time is 12:00 noon. (Early check-in is subject to availability)
• In case the client is carrying any valuable personal good, it is advisable not to leave it behind at the time of disembarking/ leaving the coach. GIH will not be held responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal goods are always and, in all circumstances, the responsibility of the client. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation charges per person on the total tour cost

• 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
• 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
• Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

For postpone/cancellation of tour packages, please communicate in writing and need to inform us at least 14 days prior to the tour date.

INR 40%/- will be charged on the total tour cost for Prepone /postpone.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (If we change or cancel your holiday)

• We do plan the arrangements. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
• Occasionally, we may have to make changes, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them as soon as possible.
• We also reserve the right, under any circumstances, to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
• If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first, try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.

Want to change your Plan.

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All costs incurred due to the amendment will be borne by you.
