Note:

- During the tour vehicle AC will be used only on the flat land surface, not on hilly areas
- Mention Local sightseeing will be covered only if time & situation permits.
- Complimentary services for children below 5 years will be at the hotels only and will be chargeable if any additional service is availed apart from the services offered.
- Complimentary the child will not be given any additional seat in the vehicle; the guests will have to adjust them in the same vehicle.
- AC will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle
- Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her self.
- If Gala dinner on a selected date is mandatory in the hotel opted the same will be directly payable by the guest and will be as per the hotels policy.
- Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
- Check out the time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check-in time is 12:00 noon. (Early check-in is subject to availability)
- In case the client is carrying any valuable personal good, it is advisable not to leave it behind at the time of disembarking/ leaving the coach. GIH will not be held responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal goods are always and, in all circumstances, the responsibility of the client.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation charges per person on total tour cost
- 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total cost
- 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total cost
PREPONE AND POSTPONE
For postpone/Propane of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 14 days prior of the tour date.
INR 40%/- will be charged on total tour cost for Prepone /postpone.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (If we change or cancel your holiday)
- We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
- Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them as soon as possible.
- We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
- If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first, try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
Want to change your Plan.
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All costs incurred due to the amendment will be borne by you.
